Downloading the App
Get the Bloomily parent app on your iPhone or Android device to stay connected with your child's day from anywhere.

1. Why Use the App?
While you can access Bloomily through any web browser, the mobile app offers several advantages:
Get push notifications the moment your child checks in or out.
One tap to see your child's daily reports and photos.
Save photos directly to your phone's camera roll.
View previously loaded content even without internet.
2. Download for iPhone (iOS)
To download Bloomily on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the App Store on your device
- Tap the Search tab at the bottom
- Search for "Bloomily"
- Find the Bloomily Parent app (look for our logo)
- Tap Get to download
- Use Face ID, Touch ID, or your password to confirm
Requires iOS 14.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
3. Download for Android
To download Bloomily on your Android phone or tablet:
- Open the Google Play Store on your device
- Tap the search bar at the top
- Search for "Bloomily"
- Find the Bloomily Parent app
- Tap Install
- Wait for the download to complete
Requires Android 8.0 or later.
4. Setting Up the App
Once downloaded, set up the app to access your account:
- Open the Bloomily app
- Tap Sign In
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Tap Sign In
First time? You'll need to accept your invitation from the center first and create your password. Check your email for the invitation link.
Multiple Children
If you have more than one child enrolled, you'll see all of them in the app. Use the child switcher to view information for each child.
5. Enabling Notifications
To receive instant alerts, make sure notifications are enabled:
On iPhone
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Scroll down and tap Bloomily
- Tap Notifications
- Toggle on Allow Notifications
- Choose your preferred alert style
On Android
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap Apps or Applications
- Find and tap Bloomily
- Tap Notifications
- Enable notifications
Tip: We recommend enabling notifications so you never miss an update about your child. You can customize which notifications you receive in the app settings.
